Pressure Sensor (Tank / Pipe Monitoring)

మీరు మీ vehicle యొక్క tyre pressure check చేసినప్పుడు — మీకు ఒక number వస్తుంది. 'high' లేదా 'low' అని మాత్రమే కాదు — PSI లేదా Bar లో ఒక actual value వస్తుంది. ఆ exact value మీకు air add చేయాలా, కొద్దిగా release చేయాలా, లేదా అలాగే వదిలేయాలా అని చెబుతుంది.

BMS లోని ఒక pressure sensor సరిగ్గా ఈ విధంగా పనిచేస్తుంది — ఒక point వద్ద actual pressure ను measure చేస్తూ మరియు controller కు continuous reading ను పంపుతుంది.

Pressure Sensor Applications:

WATER TANK LEVEL MONITORING:
  Pressure sensor tank bottom వద్ద
  Water height level కు proportional గా pressure ను create చేస్తుంది
  ఎక్కువ water = ఎక్కువ pressure = higher level reading
  BMS కు float switch లేకుండా tank level continuously తెలుస్తుంది
  level low అయినప్పుడు లేదా overflows అయినప్పుడు alarm ను raise చేస్తుంది
  fill pump కు start/stop అవ్వడానికి commands ఇస్తుంది
CHILLED WATER SYSTEM PRESSURE:
  system pressure ను continuously monitor చేస్తుంది
  Low pressure = possible water leak లేదా pump fault
  High pressure = possible blockage
  damage జరగకముందే BMS engineer ను alert చేస్తుంది
COMPRESSED AIR PRESSURE:
  pneumatic actuators కు compressed air supply ను monitor చేస్తుంది
  Low pressure = actuators సరిగ్గా operate అవ్వవు
  BMS alarm → engineer compressor ను investigates చేస్తాడు
HOT WATER SYSTEM PRESSURE:
  Boiler మరియు heating system pressure monitoring
  Safety critical — boiler లో overpressure = serious hazard

Pressure నుండి Level ఎలా Calculate చేయబడుతుంది:

Water height (head pressure) ఆధారంగా pressure ను create చేస్తుంది:
1 metre of water height = approximately 9,800 Pa = 0.098 Bar

కాబట్టి, sensor 0.3 Bar చదివితే:
  0.3 Bar ÷ 0.098 = సుమారుగా 3 metres of water sensor పైన
  tank 4 metres deep అయితే: level = 3/4 = 75% full
BMS pressure reading ను % level కు automatically convert చేస్తుంది
level ను display చేస్తుంది, fill pump ను controls చేస్తుంది, alarms ను పంపుతుంది
