BMS ఏ Problems పరిష్కరిస్తుంది?

ప్రతి unautomated building లో ఐదు నిజమైన problems:

Problem 1 — Energy Waste
empty rooms లో AC running. unused areas లో Lights on. midnight లో Pumps full speed తో running. ఎవరూ గమనించరు. Bill వస్తుంది. అందరూ ఆశ్చర్యపోతారు.
BMS systems అవసరమైనప్పుడు మాత్రమే, అవసరమైనంత కష్టంగా మాత్రమే runs చేస్తుంది.

Problem 2 — Comfort Inconsistency
Floor 3 చల్లగా ఉంటుంది. Floor 7 వేడిగా ఉంటుంది. ఒకే building, ఒకే AHU setpoint, వేర్వేరు results. ఎవరూ monitoring చేయరు. Occupants complain చేస్తారు. Productivity తగ్గుతుంది.
BMS ప్రతి zone ని monitors చేస్తుంది మరియు continuously adjust చేస్తుంది.

Problem 3 — Manual Operations
Humans switch on, switch off, adjust, restart చేస్తారు. Humans తప్పులు చేస్తారు. Humans ఇంటికి వెళ్తారు. Humans అనారోగ్యంతో ఉంటారు. Buildings కి control అవసరం ఆగదు.
BMS 24 hours, 365 days, విశ్రాంతి లేకుండా operates చేస్తుంది.

Problem 4 — Slow Fault Detection
Equipment 2AM కి fail అవుతుంది. morning shift వచ్చే వరకు ఎవరికీ తెలియదు. Chiller 6 hours పాటు off. ఒక cold room లో Medicines పాడైపోతాయి. Server room overheat అవుతుంది. Damage జరుగుతుంది.
BMS fault జరిగిన వెంటనే detect చేసి alert పంపుతుంది.

Problem 5 — No Data
ఈ building గత Tuesday 3PM కి ఎంత energy ఉపయోగించింది? ఏ floor ఎక్కువ electricity ఉపయోగిస్తుంది? ఆ pump చివరిసారిగా ఎప్పుడు fail అయింది? ఎవరికీ తెలియదు. ఎటువంటి record లేదు.
BMS ప్రతిదీ records చేస్తుంది. ప్రతి reading. ప్రతి event. ప్రతి alarm. Complete history ఎప్పటికీ available ఉంటుంది.
