- Lead end-to-end commissioning of BMS / SCADA / PLC integrations.
- Own project execution quality and timelines.
- Controller Selection based on IO's, BOQ Preparation, Design and Estimation for Sales
- Maintaining CRM, Quotation, Delivery challan, Invoicing system for allotted projects.
- Maintaining Project Backups regularly
- Provide Mentoring and training to Engineers and Trainee Engineers
- Client coordination, technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Prove delivery to progress toward Seed Lead (decided in HRMS).
