What it does
From IO Count to BOQ in Minutes.
Every BMS project starts with an IO list and ends with a BOQ. In between, engineers spend days picking the right DDC controller, calculating module count, choosing the panel enclosure and pricing each line. This tool collapses that into a few clicks.
Create a project. Add DDC panels (single or in bulk). Enter AI, AO, DI, DO and bus requirements per panel. The tool auto-selects modules from the Module Master, picks the panel model, and shows you the budgetary cost — per panel and project total.
Export the BOQ as CSV. Share the file with your team. It's all in one HTML file — no database, no server, no internet needed after download.

Module Master + Panel Models
The tool ships pre-loaded with EnSmart SmartNova DDC module specifications and standard panel models. Every module shows its IO capacity, bus type (IP / RS-485 / Router / Controller), and the budgetary sales price that drives every estimate.
All prices and items are editable. Use EnSmart pricing or replace with your own. Import / export the master as JSON to share across your engineering team.

Do I need internet to use the tool?+
No. Once you download the .html file, the tool runs entirely in your browser — offline, anywhere. Open it from your desktop, USB drive, even a project folder on your server.
Where is my data saved?+
In your browser's local storage. Projects, panels, module master and panel models persist as long as you use the same browser on the same machine. To move data to another machine, use Export JSON.
Can I edit the module prices and add my own modules?+
Yes. Module Master and Panel Models are fully editable. Add new modules, change purchase / sales prices, or replace the entire master with your own catalogue.
What does it cost?+
Free. The tool is shared by EnSmart with the engineering community — consultants, MEP firms, integrators and students. No license key. No expiry.
Can I use it for non-EnSmart panels and modules?+
Yes. Replace the pre-loaded Module Master with your own modules and the Panel Models with your enclosures. The auto-selection logic works with any catalogue.
Will my BOQ open in Excel?+
Yes. Export CSV — opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice. Module breakdown, panel cost and project total all formatted ready to use.
What if I need a detailed (non-budgetary) BOQ?+
